Hypnosis is a very natural and wonderful form of relaxation of the body and mind. In fact every single day you go in and out of this same state several times a day perhaps without even noticing it. For example, whilst driving, reading a good book, watching an engrossing film. The best comparison is that stage when you in that stage between being awake and falling asleep or vice versa.
